IMO, if you can afford a $300,000 boat, you can afford a slip to store it. Then again, once you get that expensive, it’s either a cigarette boat or a boat that’s too beamy or heavy to not be on a semitruck.
Lighting is expensive to do correctly, it makes sense to use existing production parts.
