There was so much to love in this incarnation. Dot the black turtleneck bullet dodging action hero. Tick’s increasingly useful talent for getting along with parents. But the big surprise for me was Griffin Newman as Arthur. He retained his nervous disposition but kept finding avenues of competence, and instead of…
This Tick FUCKS!
Sure, Amazon, your dumb Lord of the Rings series is what you need to be relevant. Not the tiny, beloved by fans and critics shows that are too weird for network TV that you can make your brand on.
I just thought of an alternate timeline where the Warriors keep durant out for game 5, his achilles isn’t a fruit rollup, Toronto wins in 5, and Thompson’s knee is fine. They vow to come back and win next year and crush all challengers.
Serge Ibaka got a ring before Harden and Westbrook.
I’m not into wrestling but as a JRPG and Street Fighter fan from the Orlando area, Kenny is an awesome guy. Here he is making his entrance to an Undertale Remix
Based* God
The Cavs might fit this group, sure they didn’t win the championship each year but they were the dominant team in the east until what’s his name left.
On the plus side, they could just draft two dudes named Durant and Thompson and most of those fans would simply wonder why they weren’t awesome.
As strange as seeing the ghost of Andrew Bogut play meaningful finals minutes?
Corn man gets paid.
Speaking of dip shits...
Heinke died so the Sixers could be what if champs (the closest they will ever get to actually winning a championship).
Yeah, I lived through the Bulls era and they just seemed to peter out thanks to Jerry Krause bungling, not hit this wall so abruptly.
Nobody said nothing about corn chips mothafucka.
I can see Curry being the “favorite son” of sorts, and finish out his career with them. Durant’s probably gone. Thompson, *maybe* is gone. He’s kind of a wild card, because regardless of whether he leaves or not, it will be a pretty good decision.
I think it would be wonderful if the Raptors pointed at Mark Stevens as the reason they won this series. “We were on the ropes, and what he did really brought us together as a team,” and “I think when he pushed Kyle Lowry, that’s when things really changed for us, it gave us a real sense of purpose" and such.
Shhh
