I’m not in any way advocating VW’s actions, but I think he’s an asshole, too. Just because what he did might be interpreted as “legal” doesn’t make it reasonable behavior.

And give him a deadline of tomorrow morning to get it there.

If I were VW, I’d say, “sure! We’ll take it back. Please deliver it to our corporate headquarters in Germany by Monday for a full refund!”
