Not that good. Overrated. Distraction in the clubhouse.

I’ve read and heard many stories about long-time heroin addicts who dread fentanyl. It doesn’t last as long, the high itself is inferior and the OD potential is staggering.

On top of its potency by weight, fentanyl is also comparatively short-acting. Therefore an addict needs to re-dose more frequently than they do with, say, heroin, which logically increases the odds that they’ll eventually get a hot shot and OD. You can’t “eyeball” fent, even a seemingly tiny minor miscalculation in

The thing with fentanyl is that it’s active in microgram (millionth of a gram) doses. So even a tiny miscalculation can result in more or less instant death.

Well put and 100% factual. My nephew died last year. He was a heroin user who did his wake-up shot believing he was using heroin. It was fentanyl and he was dead before he hit the floor.

Congrats on 4 years. Wishing you many more.

This is what I suspect happened. It’s highly unlikely a dude in his situation would choose fentanyl.

I had a friend that passed in a similar way. Also, I believe alcohol can turn just about any amount of fentanyl into a lethal amount. Terrifying indeed.

Whoa! Your meetings have snacks?! Mine only have shitty coffee.

I think it sends exactly the message they intend to send: Pay this window.

They should blame the real culprit responsible for taking far too many innocent lives: puke.

I think the ad placement says more about you than about the site.  I got lady’s swimwear ads.

If you’ve never been to a meeting, it helps, even if you don’t think you have a problem. I went to meetings once a week for two months and it changed my life. You don’t have to say anything and can just listen, and there are snacks.

I get the parent’s grief. But blaming some locker room attendant for running out to score him some drugs and not Skagg’s himself is some next level denial. His death is indeed tragic and I wish he got some help, but it was his decision to make this fatal mistake. Jamming up some underling is bullshit.

They had no idea. Fuck. I can’t begin to imagine.

Yeah but I have a hard time believing anyone could be as obnoxious as Pats fans.

To be fair, it was a perfect triple murder with full layout into five pristine felonious somer-assaults.

I was an extremely bad baseball player. They used to start me and bat me 9th on the off-chance that two innings would take place before my spot in the batting order came up, and I could be pulled having played my league-mandated two innings.

Intramural indoor soccer in college. I was playing goalie, because I stopped playing soccer when I was 7 and have absolutely no footskills. I don’t remember why the ball was so high in the air, but it was, and I severely misjudged the bounce. I tracked it down running back towards my own goal, like a center fielder
