Blah blah blah. Another day, another way to parent. Here's an idea: be decent to your kid. Expect your kid to be decent. Love, accept, feed, clothe, shelter. Give good values and support where needed. Reprimand as necessary. Get on with your own life and be a good example.

I love you.

I don't really understand kosher food. Like, I know I wouldn't be able to order bacon, but I didn't know about this meat/cheese thing. But if I go to a restaurant, you know what I do? I order something that's on the menu. If I ask to sub something and they can't, I say "oh? Well okay" and then I give them legal tender

I'm so glad the baby punting story ended with the parents apologizing.

So at this place, everything tastes like ham?

Ugh, some of these employees have so much attitude. If you're unwilling to do things just because they're logically impossible, maybe customer service isn't for you.

All I know is anyone who thinks eating meat and fucking the kiddos to be comparable acts is not someone I would hire as a babysitter.

I will slowly back away from this thread as it's obvious I'm in the minority here.

Can you do a BCO with the ones that you don't even believe?! I would love to see that.

Because (as a new transplant from Australia to the midwest) Midwesterner's can be a kick-in-the-pants, pain in the arse. My friend's MIL "gave" her a dog then proceeded to bully her into keeping up the dogs "show routine"- essentially handing over all the responsability of the dog and its life THEN forcing her into

I like how you didn't spring to the defense of librarians, skinny people, gay men married to women, people that love dogs, Southerners, etc. I like that you kept the narcissism strong; that's important. Listen, THEY LEFT HIM A CARD WITH JESUS ON IT. These people *wanted* Craig to think of them as Christians.

Depends how you divide it. For a lot of people, the Midwest is more Wisconsin, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and then states like Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and the Dakotas are the Great Plains. Minnesota and Missouri usually get put in the former category.

I'm gonna guess "someone from the midwest". ;)

this is it. this is the one. here we go.

Right? Why the hell don't they want to drink it right away? I need my caffeine. Anyone and anything coming between me and my caffeine at 8 am should be banished forever.

Cream cheese is surprisingly good with eggs. I've definitely enjoyed a nice scrambled egg (with some chives and seasonings mixed in) on toast with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Delish...

Imagine if they wanted their coleslaw freshly squeezed.

Obviously the steak fajitas had not been grilled enough. The longer you grill them, the more tender they become. Look it up.
