Wow, what a terrible headline. The HQ move didn’t cost Toyota 25% of its workforce nation-wide. It reads as if workers in plants everywhere revolted because they made the move against their express wishes. Instead, 250 employees didn’t want to move to Satan’s front porch, so they’ll need to back-fill.

One question- any idea what it would cost to have a professional do this level of work for those of us who are less confident in our wrenching skills?

Yet gravitas remains in short supply. :-(

*Waits patiently for the last second to bid snipe like an asshole*

If we have to, overnight parts from Japan Australia.

this update is passive-aggressive smarm i’d expect from a slimy car salesperson. Somehow they’re sore they made a sale?

This is still passive-aggressive and insulting to the buyer. “sorry guys that the dumb girl had to ruin everyone’s fun with her fallopian tubes and sense”

Don’t be silly, apple would never forget to price gouge...

This means that the strips send vibrations into the car, and compromise grip from the tires at higher vehicle speeds

What you’re describing is called a drag strip. They exist.
