I’m guessing some entrepreneurial young fuck will clear out a liquor store a couple cities away, rent a suite, and set up an all night liquor store at exorbitant prices.

It’s not uncommon for tech companies to contract with HR firms to shield them from liability in the name of HR efficiency. I’ve been ‘employed’ by 3rd party companies in the past and being able to restrict unionization is clearly a selling point.

Remember kids, HR does not represent your interests.

Muskrat has nothing novel to hang his own hat on. Everything has borrowed from other people doing the real work. He’s a snake oil salesman.

I think it only works if you have a bunch of people saying they did it.

Bring this here now!

Serious question: Since the cars are now being found in Chicago, but were stolen in WI, does this make it a federal crime?

Right? The number of times I was called at 2am to my shop in Oakland after an alarm would go off was numerous. We started having a rotation of who would respond.

I’m very curious to see if the acting is as flat as the first movie. I’m sure it will be visually stunning (as the first movie was). The acting was just so flat from some great actors, I can only blame that on direction or script.

Ooof, I was hoping for a bigger price difference between the Land Cruiser and the GX 550. Without being able to order things like Qi charger ala cart, it’s way to close once you add in the one ‘package.’

A hybrid turbo 4 or a turbo 6. I’m curious what the mpg and off road chops will be with the hybrid.

Right? It’s such bullshit.

A mini version with the max camera. I like having a phone I can fit in a pocket and use one handed.

I know your heart is in the right place with this. Having said that, I argue that you’re very wrong.

Science certainly has value proposition for LLMs and AI, however looking at OpenAI’s business model, and the global utilization of AI systems, science is not the current majority user of GPU cycles.

As for eternal life

Here’s the thing, this wasn’t a medial episode like a seizure where it could have happened randomly at any time independent of circumstances. This was a violent reaction to an unknown ‘threat’. Is PTSD a possible undiagnosed cause of his reaction? Absolutely. Having said that, the continued violent over-reaction by

Geez, you mention forming a start-up to build the Rods from God project, and suddenly all of Congress is in a huff. We haven’t even discussed primary target locations yet. We’re still just discussing whether it’ll be a local, orbital AI control system, or a ground based system.

It was always meant to be a dystopian nightmare escape vehicle, right? It’s just looking the part on day 10 of ownership, rather than year 10 after the fall.

The militarization of police in the US is a well reported topic. Cops are trained to use force, not de-escalate. I don’t necessarily think being a veteran should disqualify someone from becoming a police officer (as I think the issue is systemic, not individualistic), but the US definitely needs to do better by its

1) Then Florida police needs to update their hiring standards and perform psych evals on every candidate to make sure that any undiagnosed PTSD cases don’t endanger the public they are supposed to protect.
2) As someone else said, the officers searched, cuffed, and placed the suspect in the vehicle. If he had reason

So in Philly assaults are felonies, but the use of a firearm in those assaults adds only a misdemeanor? In MA, the addition of a firearm adds a minimum sentence of 5 years. Everything is broken if this asshole is back on the streets after ‘bootcamp’.

The US could do so much more to facilitate wind and solar expansion, while reducing emissions from waste sources (ie bitcoin mining). It’s insane how far behind the US is compared to some countries like Brazil. The US continues to be in the top 5 of global CO2 emitters per capita.
