As someone who always pays close attention to episode titles and conventions on naming them, I'm down for it.

unREAL, Dexter, Shameless (well, Queenie, but still).

The reviews for this show are awful, focus too much on unnecessary elements while sidelining others because the writer "isn't feeling it" and I'm giving up on them as of this moment.

Well, the movie isn't called "Invasion", is it?

You should read the short story. It's more focused on the nuts and bolts of the Heptapod's languages and on her story with her daughter, completely ditching the war plot.

She might not even be depressed, she might have just been feeling sleepy, for all we know, the video above makes the point that we only think she's depressed because we project our expectations due to the first scenes of the movie. She's in a blank state, we're the ones assigning meaning.

You're wrong. There's no choice. At least, there is no desire to alter the way things happen. Maybe this isn't properly explained in the movie, I might be mixing it with the short story, but it's stated that the Heptapods and their perception of time are quite different from us/ours, and the more she learns their

I gotta say I'm really disappointed on this commentariat, I don't really know what I expected from an Elon Musk article on the A.V. Club, but I did not expect most of the participants to spout the BS of "isn't he the guy who once said we might live in a simulation? Lunatic!", although that stems more from the culture

Well, it's because it's not even a possibility. As long as we don't kill ourselves in the near future (already a pretty slim chance, but bear with me), someone's going to do it. Either we do it right the first time, or it's bye bye humanity. Some would argue the latter is the better option, but do we really wanna be

I sort of thought she would be listening to the message Brett left on Gina's phone the night they shot Michael's death scene, but alas.

That makes a lot of sense and seems like a storyline JtV would love to tackle.

Rose truly is Jane the Widow's Big Bad.

The OA deserved a second season, it was a great show and a nice surprise. My surprise regarding it was more on the vein of it being a small release without much advertising and yet it still became a phenomenon. Netflix is killing it.

Plus, basically anything Netflix puts out these days becomes an instant cultural phenomenon. If even The OA got renewed, Santa Clarita is definitely soon to follow.

Jane the Virgin. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. iZombie. The 100. Riverdale. Honestly, I don't think giving the CW too much credit is even possible anymore.

He's self-aware! Run!

Marvel's Agents of C.H.I.L.L.

The algorithm's new. It'll improve.
