https://pcpartpicker.com/ will provide you with an easy way to know what you need and if it’s compatible with everything else you want to cram in a PC you build...
My friend had a Dodge Stealth. He drove that thing like he stole it. It was great.
in a locked office next to your own, with the alarm set for 3 hours prior to the owner’s arrival at work...
That is some next-level evil shit. I will henceforth endeavor to complain far less about my wife’s shenanigans. A sympathy star for you...
I once threw a balled up (clean) napkin at a guy who kept checking his phone during a movie. Hit him right upside the head. He got unbelievably pissed about it.
Corollary annoyance: When people watch videos in otherwise quiet public spaces on their phones (with headphones or muted) and guffaw at obnoxiously loud levels.
Been wondering the same thing. I only buy LEGO sets sporadically any more (if that much), but will definitely buy that when it comes out...
How do you find a good tattoo artist? Is there a website (or other resource) that catalogs tattoo artists by their level of skill and what types of tattoos they specialize in?
Unless the first name is going to be Bruce. And yes, I seriously know someone who just did this.
I agree. The only exception is that some of us that started on FO3 (including me) actually prefer FNV. Both had their strong points though.
Doesn’t help to have them take the test annually. I was at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles one day, and a 70+ year old guy was taking the vision test. He was guessing at all the letters and the person administering the test coached him the entire way and them gave him a passing score.
Using pop or soda is a regional thing. Neither is wrong. In the south, it is common to use the term “Coke” to refer to all soda/pop. I grew up (in the Great Lakes/Midwest region) hearing it referred to as “pop”. My cousins from the East Coast refer to it as “soda”.
I was wondering pretty much the same thing. Specifically, is it better to take a few specific things (like main weapon, armor, etc) or do you grab everything and go? And then, is there a weight penalty applied to things like movement (as you mentioned)?
I like the concept/what they’re going for. I wish I had more time to spend on games at this stage in my life. If I did, I’d be preordering this.
YES. That was an absolute Godsend when I did my last build. Makes things so much easier to adjust when you don’t get it right the first time...
I have seen this happen in person. Hilarious when it’s not you and not your car. Even funnier when you warn the person and they still do it.
You’d be surprised how good water is at shielding radiation, especially when (probably) billions of gallons are between the blast sites and the wreck site.
Similar experience here. I grew up in Northern Indiana (where lake effect snow is beyond commonplace). My first vehicle was a 1991 S10 with RWD and an automatic transmission...
I agree. For me, being DM is most enjoyable when I fly by the seat of my pants. If I let myself, I will get bogged down in the rules and such. When you improv most of it, it’s less stress (and preparation) for the DM & tends to provide a better experience for the players.
