When I first read the headline I was like calm down this is summer league who cares then watched the video and OMG this could be a disaster. If I was running a team I wouldn’t have touched him with a ten foot pole just because of Lavar but that was like a train wreck crossed with dumpster fire. I knew is shooting

Yes DT is a class act but he didn’t come away from this encounter empty handed he has a new friend for life and it sounds like they had a great time wrenching on the Free Jeep. We need more of this in the world.

I was thinking the same thing

Well if it is still around how about a couple pictures my wife will be stunned she loves old trucks and four wheel drives

That is a pretty eclectic list but that 52 Apache Napco takes the cake

Growing up my family ran a Dairy here in Central Oklahoma so there were always cool mechanical things around and plenty of Southern Engineering to keep it all going on the cheap. Dad and his brother both had Chevy pickups not sure the exact years but they were both the square body style that is coming back in style.

Even when I was younger that wouldn’t have happened and if it did NDA’s would have been signed and filed immediately instead of putting it on youtube.

If that was actually the rest of the cars on the short list I probably would have ended up with an RX8. I wanted something fun to drive but not necessarily fast. I looked at Miata’s, Z’s, and some 240's. The truck kinda checked some boxes two seater, stick shift, easy to work on, and will be a fun trail

That was my old daily not actually a Daewoo but a Chevy Aveo that is based on a Daewoo. My new daily is a 1997 Nissan Pickup.

The RX8 was on the short list of cars I was looking for but needed something a little more reliable so I ended up going a different direction.

Exactly this I loved how they had low riders right next to hot rods, mini trucks, and everything else.

Yep I have used Google Voice since nearly the start and it is pretty nice the ringing multiple phones is really nice especially if something happens to your cell you can still receive calls.

Technically the next game is tomorrow local time since it finished not much before 00:00.

I really love these and i just have one request you work in the GM angle when you do the Jeep 258/4.0 engine. Also one on the OHC inlines from Pontiac would be cool too.

Yes it does you could engineer the ports for constant RPM and they would be as efficient as they would ever be. I just don’t know if it will ever happen.

Yep fuel won’t be cheap forever. Mazda was working on a version that burned Hydrogen which would have been cool since the exhaust and compression stroke take place in different chambers so to speak. I admit the packaging of the rotor is vastly superior they are so small and can be crammed just about anywhere but the

That is a fine line but I get it the oil burning/consuming also caused the emissions to be way off the charts so that didn’t help either

The convertibles were quite a bit heavier than the hardtops so that didn’t help. My coupe was by no means fast but it could get out of its own way I test drove a vert that wasn’t a turbo and it was way slower.

But it was a feature in the RX-7 it is basically a two stroke and you either premix or have an injection pump to pump it into the combustion chamber

I get how the engineering and wrenching part are different but shouldn’t serviceability be a criteria discussed when a vehicle is engineered?
