I’m a Celtics fan, and I absolutely love this team. I don’t know if they can beat the Warriors in a seven-game series, but at the very least they’ll take it the full seven games. The C’s are the best team in the East and they match up as well as anybody against Golden State.

He doesn’t trade for George or Butler because he knows he’s got a very good chance at getting Hayward (who’s just as good) for nothing more than cap space. It a calculated risk.

Eleven ain’t young - just ask Roy Moore!

What I would quibble with is that Al Horford (even when he’s not shooting the ball as well as he has the last few games) has been a lot better than “solid” this year. Forget the counting stats; he’s been absolutely terrific on both ends of the floor. He’s the perfect big man for the systems that Stevens runs.

“Haven’t had sex in eleven years but have two young children.”

I mean, they do still have the Brooklyn pick - that was more valuable than a couple months of a rehabbing IT. If/when LeBron walks, that’ll help them start over.

How ‘bout “Fit a bit more shit in the new Honda Fit?”

To be fair, a decent number of the team’s recent wins have been on the ugly side. But, that’s a byproduct in some ways of having such a good defense.

Missing Horford (who’s been phenomenal on both ends of the floor) and Tatum in the second half. Ugly wins still count, especially when you’re stacking up 10 of ‘em in a row.

You also have the Celtics, who basically returned Al Horford and Marcus Smart from last year’s rotation, who look like they’ve been playing together for five years.

He’s not really forcing much of anything this year, though. He’s been distributing the ball and he’s playing good defense. Even when the shots aren’t falling, he’s still helping the team.

“I don’t understand why Luck won’t play. If his shoulder hurts, we have pills to fix that!”

I shit like four times a day. It’s the only time I have to myself!

The NBA (which is the smartest league, by far) has already made noises about 82 games not being sacrosanct. I doubt they’d go down to 60, but I’d wouldn’t be surprised if they dropped to 72. They’ve already cut the preseason dramatically.

Not really, IMO. “The Process” is bullshit - it’s no more sophisticated that just sucking so that you can select one of the two or three (obviously) most talented players. What Houston did was actually develop that talent, as well as make other smart trades/free agency signings, etc. Besides, Springer was the #11

This truck is all people-carrier and hardly any bed. Huge trucks with toddler beds are ridiculous. It’s no more useful for getting actual work done than a Honda Ridgeline.

Crowder hasn’t really been a “D” guy for a year and a half. He wasn’t a terrible defender last year but he was hardly a defensive stopper.

Crowder’s been the most overrated player in the NBA for a couple of seasons now. When he first came over from Dallas, he was a terrific defender but he’s been pretty mediocre for a while now. He hit his 3's at a good clip last year but otherwise was middling. Can’t create anything for himself. And he used to bitch and
