This is not something new and has been in CS since the beginning, just playing the game for a while a player will learn that there is a recoil and spray pattern. Great CS players can learn these patterns and use them to there advantage. Its one of the key features of CS that people love about it.

It is weird how each new GTA I’m not recognising the areas in the video as much.
