I would eat the hell out of it... as is, but I’ve got to wonder. What if, and hear me out, what if you then added more cheese on top of the Doritos and then some thin spam shavings and some jalapeno slices and put it back in the oven?

The doritos go on after the pizza is cooked so the spam can caramelize as is.

What are your favorite bake-at-home ideas for vegan pizza? Is there a particular type of vegan cheese you will use or do you go cheese-less? What about toppings? My default go to is cornmeal crust with bitchin sauce (vegan white sauce) thin slices of potatoes and rosemary but I’m looking to expand. Thanks. 

If you wanted to make date bars with this would you just rough cut the dates and throw them in there or cook the dates on the stove first?
