Joss Whedon is the perpetual High-School nerd who doesn’t know how to leave his juvenile behavior behind. All his actions and answers make more sense when you look at him like a guy who is stuck in the “i’m finally gonna show all those people who made fun of me in school” mindset. He feels entitled to his bad behavior

They all look like they are inflicted with Snow Crash.  Pretty fitting for them tooling around in the Metaverse.

Joss Whedon is the guy who is perpetually stuck in a high-school mentality. It’s never his fault, his good deeds invalidate any bad things he’s done, his entitlement,  etc. It’s why as i get older his work that i use to enjoy just has been getting more stale, the further my brain grew beyond high-school logic the less

From the headline image i had thought it was one of the original G4 host’s, Laura Foy, had come back.

Well if the remember the old hosts then it’s more likely they never grew up themselves.

The problem is so many places have closed the dining rooms that they don’t have walk in service anymore. Door’s are locked and you are forced to take the drive-thru. Which exacerbates the drive-thru wait times

Wait so they are just remastering thier old songs?

You’ve got a year or two. Ty Frank of “The Expanse” fame worked with From on an untitled project a year or so ago. Armored Core is the only scifi game in From’s pipeline. Rumor has it the new Armored Core game will be open world. So open world Armored Core written by one of the writers of an acclaimed scifi series.

the book was in the cabin they found.

Where would be the fun in that?  Rules of engagement would just have you sit there watching everyone just walk by.

Well my current resolution is set to 1920 X 1080. Without upgrading i don’t think i can really change it

the ...in Space. Horror Franchise movies are all low budget for the space stuff. But that’s thier charm. I want Freddy vs Jason in Space where Freddy invades the dreams of people in hypersleep. Jason is being use to power the hyper drive because space magic. But really it’s about Freddy wanted to get revenge on Jason

Really the Pluto demotion rather than accept all those other celestial bodies as planets is just so you Inner’s can claim superiority to everyone else in the system . BELTALOWDA!

They are just figuring out how to break the news to prevent conflict and mass social unrest. The religious elements within the upper echelons of the Pentagon refuse to investigate unknown objects harassing Naval Aircraft because it remotely might be aliens even though a foreign adversary’s drone is the most likely

Honestly I think by me watching it as Neo blatantly being Lana’s voice in the movie made me enjoy it more than as a sequel to the earlier installments. Neo’s dialog makes much better sense if you realize he’s speaking to the viewer directly rather than to the other characters.

I never really paid attention to the hype or reviews of Cyberpunk 2077 (or Netflix’s Cowboy Bebop for that matter) and have enjoyed it thus far. As good art, I’m not sure I’m the best judge of that. I’m a big fan of trashy 80's scifi and horror and while very few of them would be considered “good art” I appreciate

The Cyberpunk genre itself was built upon the zeitgeist of the 80's. It was built upon some predictions that have been wildly off the mark. I mean no one really expected the Soviet Union to collapse nor did they expect the massive Japanese economic crash of the 90's which curbed the global economic dominance that was

For me it’s almost like a parody of the Cyberpunk genre. It’s like a neon tinged Robocop. I bought the game recently and was watching Netflix’s Cowboy Bebop at the same time. I think there is more in common with Bebop and CP2077 than any of the other recent forays into the genre (Altered Carbon, Deus Ex, etc)

I got the game myself for the holidays. I’m enjoying it fairly well. I agree it’s probably the one of best laid out city in a video game. I’m biggest complaint is the lack of parking spots. There should be more parking garages available.

They decided to turn it into a global full immersion play. We’ve been in it for nearly 2 years now.
