I have to say, I grew up doing all the side quests so it’s been hard to break that habit. Makes me feel like I’m missing out on something.
It helps though and is a good idea if you’re pressed for time. Arkham Knight is one of the first games where I really just largely churned through it, I did do the sidequests, but…
Personally I just am more selective than I used to be. I don’t plan on getting Fallout 4 for example as I’ve never been into the Fallout games and it clearly will take forever. You also have to make the call whether or not to get into an endless game like Destiny although I do hate that there is no way to really…
Sentinels of the Multiverse is a card game, but it’s cooperative and a lot of fun. You play various heroes (who are obviously knock-offs of DC and Marvel characters) and work together to fight a villain. The villain plays itself and you can play in different environments which can have various positive and negative…
Love reading stuff like this and then reminding myself that liberals consider themselves the loving and tolerant ones. While they completely dismiss out of hand as bonkers anyone who disagrees with them and happily advocate they be murdered. The sheer hypocrisy and doublethink on display is ludicrous.
Given that, sure,…
Gasp! A zipper! I am now going to be completely and unreasonably nit-picky and say this is the worst cosplay ever because everyone knows they didn’t have zippers back in ye olde times!
Or I could be a reasonable person and congratulate this lady on a job well done. That is some seriously good work and she really…
I do find it a little ridiculous that if a video game dev or an artist made a rendering/drawing that was just like that last picture, Kotaku and others would probably call them sexist. It’s a bit of a double standard.
Personally I think it’s a free country and people are allowed to dress how they want, although I would…
No, clearly Vanillaware is just a bunch of sexists. SEXISTS I say. Why look at all these skinny girls, and are any of them trans? Of course not because they’re seeeeeeeeeeexists!
/sarcasm/
I love Tony’s face there. Love it.
I think Triss is so much more likable than Yen. I only chose Yen because I felt that’s what Geralt would have chosen. Personally I’m #TeamTriss all the way. When I get around to doing a NG+, she’ll be the easy pick.
Yes, Goku is ridiculously OP. Why do you ask?
And now I’m thinking I need to boot up League of Legends, it’s been too long since I last played. Should fix that, right?
Glad to see an article on this. The Grimoire cards are really worth reading if you have the time. There is a lot of interesting stuff in there about the Awoken, musings about the Exos, it’s really cool. The Last Word/Thorn story is definitely one of the best. It’s a shame that more of the story doesn’t make it into…
Actually that’s one of my points. Feminists are being incredibly judgmental. I mean, what isn’t sexist these days? Sitting with your legs spread apart on the subway, sexist. Air conditioning? Sexist. Using him, her, and other gendered pronouns? Sexist. The (hilarious) list continues on and on.
Funny enough, someone…
Right . . . but how can we say the Japanese are wrong? I mean, when I went to college my liberal professors repeatedly stressed that we weren’t supposed to impose our Western culture on others. Yet there’s an exception for feminism???
Don’t get me wrong, if I was designing Cammy (or any video game character) I’d go for…
The general idea makes perfect sense. It’s just that modern feminism has gone off the rails. They’re complaining about things like men spreading their legs on the subway and how sexist air conditioning is. It’s laughable.
Again, I’m all for modesty and if I was designing Cammy (or any video game character) I would be…
I can see that and if I was designing the character I wouldn’t make her look like that. I simply don’t understand the feminist criticism because on the one hand, they’re worried about sexualizing fictional video game characters, on the other they support and celebrate actual women sexualizing themselves. It just…
We are pretty much the only ones who care about modesty anymore, gotta give us that.
Other people can be moral but the question is why be moral? Well, anyways, that’s getting into philosophy, I’ll leave it be.
Point is, it’s hilarious how “puritan” feminists are being. Even other liberals have pointed it out.
I’m just glad to see other Spartans in a Halo game finally. The books have always benefited from having other Spartans besides Master Chief running around. I was disappointed that the Halo games insisted on pretending Master Chief was the only one when, if you read the books, you knew there were others out there.
Fair deal, I’m just imagining that if I were the cosplayer in question I would be a little offended.
