I am awaiting the skyrocketing value of my suburban home due to the inevitable germaphobe mass exit of urban areas.

Doesn’t matter what the occupation is. It’s the American way to second-guess and think we’re experts in someone else’s field. Sports talk shows are founded on this principal.

Second guess an Architect? Oh yes. Civil engineer? Quite a bit less.

I don think cars in the collector or enthusiast realms will see too much depreciation. Most people who can have a fun car will be able to hold onto it. 

I still drive as much as before since I’m deemed essential, I probably save like $70 a month in gas at this point.

No they don’t, modern turbofan engines on many private jets require a more diesel / kerosene type mix such as JP-4 / 5 / 8 / 8+, etc.

Chassis doesn’t have anything to do with torque steer, though.
