I just spent the weekend in Atlantic City and am now fascinated at the level of customer service you get in hotel casinos. That’s exemplary, and they really wanted you to come back and never leave their property because you gambled all your money away.

If I was paying $1,000 a night at a hotel and wasn’t able to use all of the amenities, I’d be pretty annoyed, too. If the Biebses want to have a private resort, why not just go find one and stay there?

I used to work for a British university’s North American office and on one visit to the UK took the train from the university to London and it was A DELIGHT. What a beautiful way to see the countryside.
