Somehow, I suspect Trump is never going to have a 'Hans, are we the baddies?' realisation.

Well, I can't blame them. I keep confusing him with Joseph Gordon Levitt.

Surely the title was going to be Z2: World War ZZ.

This article seems to suggest Mother! is opening against The Mummy. That's just going to confuse people.

Avatar did inspire a brief trend for movies being unnecessarily made in 3D, which was thankfully short-lived (but not short-lived enough).

Hang on, isn't it World War Zee? Have I been saying it wrong this whole time?

Well, Trump is a celebrity himself, so he's still presumably got his own backing. For now at least.

People have been telling me I should hate Taylor Swift for years, but I just really can't bring myself to care about her one way or the other.

OK, that's true of the original movies. But arguably the prequels, and certainly the two that have been made since Disney bought the rights, were merchandising exercises first and foremost. But that didn't stop me enjoying the recent ones.

I can only assume you haven't seen the Adam West Batman. It was like Schumacher's movies, but actually funny rather than painful.

That's 90% of modern Hollywood blockbusters written off, then…

I know I'm not the only one who was completely thrown by Low Key, and felt like an idiot for not noticing what was hidden in plain sight. I just thought it was a cool name…

I think I've just found Trump's next campaign. We need to make American porn great again!

"I hate conservatives, but I really fucking hate liberals" is exactly the sort of thing a liberal would say! Most true belivers hate those on their own side more than the guys on the other side.

Have faith! There will be someone, somewhere out there who hates you as much as you do.

He's also, if we're being honest, way too cool for the role of the Doctor. I can't imagine Ayoade waving a plastic wand at some bubble wrap.

McKellen, on the other hand, is well known for being up for everything, from Shakespeare to Eastenders. He's at the level where his reputation is secure no matter what he does.

The downside is that many of the Doctor actors are remembered for nothing else - the role kind of ended their careers. More recent actors have apparently been able to move on from it, though - Tennant and Smith seem to have escaped being typecast for life. But that thought may be why they (and Capaldi) left.

Oh god, Matt Berry! Tom Baker would no longer be the largest ham in the Whoniverse…
