Speaking of... I went to a really good museum over the weekend. The National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredericksburg, Texas is really well done. The story they tell starts well before WW1 so that by the time you get to Pearl Harbor, you’ve got plenty of background. My history classes in school were never so

So, we’ve got Archie Bunker, racist grannie, a freaky composite Woody Harrelson/Liev Schreiber who skips leg day every time, and the worst bangs EVER.

if you really hate him, make him itch.

Too bad he’s only a character in a comic book.

Well, the guy can’t read, what makes you think he can answer a question in writing?

Anyone from COTA actually in those discussions?

That’s an interesting rumor. I doubt it, but I could be wrong.

I parked next to an old (mid 70s probably?) 911 at an HEB recently. It had the windows cracked because Texas summer. I went right up to it, stuck my nose in the window and took a big snort of old car smell.

what with memory/storage being cripplingly expensive these days...

Thanks for the F shack.

Gettin’ that stamp from Leslie’s gonna be a tough one.

Yes, F1 cars are documented. There’s a ton of import/export paperwork that happens before and after the race. The circus is in town for about a week, and the 2 guys from the customs brokers are in town for about 3 weeks.

You forgot an “i”. It’s spelled “ruin”.

You could make a fortune selling folks the opportunity to piss into a container, attaching that container to a drone, and then emptying it over the grave.

I too have received a mis-directed text message from the Beto campaign.

They specified “entered” office. Bush got the popular vote on re-election but he was already in office.

I was in Weatherford (west of Ft. Worth) a few weeks back and saw several Beto signs in yards. I didn’t see any Cruz signs. Now, I’m 100% aware that all the un-signed yards are likely Cruz voters, but it was still pretty encouraging to see ANY Beto signs in Weatherford, which leaned harder right than most of Collin

“comfortably” is a stretch at 220 :)

The cars were originally supplied w/ proper racing harnesses but they’re a nightmare to adjust to fit a bunch of different sized people. 4-points are much easier to deal with when you might have 4 different people in the same car in a single day.
