Definitely one of the worst in the series. Higher difficulty levels just give AI bonuses that are almost impossible to catch up with, but you can beat them in any war because they just don’t know how to fight. Completely random diplomacy. Bogged down maps with 1 unit per tile. I could go on and on. I’m excited to see…
