All I can find is this pic, anyone able to find the video of it?

Here is Vontaze Burfict intentionally trying to break/injure Cam Newton’s ankle, after the whistle while on the ground. This guy deserves none of your explanations:

It shows a knee driven into the shoulder of a guy lying on his back.

you’re right. sneaky clean and burfictly legal.

The hypocrisy that this hit is flagrant but the other one is just good hard football is such a fucking joke.

If i’m Lewis I quit: “fuck it, I can’t coach this ‘team’”

Look, I’m sorry. I really am. But here’s what I think:

I agree. Escort them out of the stadium while they’re still dressed.

The referees do know that they are allowed to eject players, right?

That was the saddest game in NFL history.

Also, if Edgar Martinez doesn't get into the Hall before David Ortiz, I'm going to Cooperstown and burning the damn place to the ground.

Eli Manning wanted to throw him a going-away party, but it wound up wobbling about six yards out of bounds.

At least Chip is consistent. Even his firing can also be considered a three-and-out.

Claim him as a loss on their tax return

Tennessee Titans.

Since their 5 game losing streak, they have beaten two teams that will finish with a winning record. In one of those games they were gifted 5 first half INTs (6 overall) and the opposing starting QB finished with a 0 passer rating (Broncos) and in the other win they played against a back-up QB making his first NFL

Scared as fuck of a team that put up 17 on the Browns (2nd worst team in the NFL?) and barely won.

“They’re trying to tell me, ‘You’re going to be at home while we’re in the playoffs.’ I don’t care.”

Belichick was curiously conservative at the end of both halves. Perhaps... suspiciously so?

I made this reply in the other Deadspin post, but here’s why that makes sense:
