well then don’t fixate on the word “laws” and let’s instead say “all for a change in culture that reduces shootings”. Still something you’d think cops would want, right? Fewer people shooting at them. Fewer homicides to investigate. (even with more police on the job that’d still be something you’d think they’d want.)
