The NJ shore towns have been telling people with 2nd homes to not come. THese towns ramp up their infrastructure in the summer months but don’t have it in place in the offseason. In addition, the local hospitals cannot handle an influx of people.

All the farmers’ markets I’ve been to have a setup similar to a street festival/craft fair/etc.  You get everyone setting up booths in a gym/parking lot.  Since they’re gatherings of more than 10 people, they’ve been cancelled for now.
