I’d expand the DC-Philly-NY-Boston line. I’d do something south of DC (Richmond? Raleigh?) and north of Boston (Amtrak does offer service to Portland, ME but from a different station in Boston).

In a district like AOC’s (D+29) the real battle is the primary. IF the DCCC spends a dime in there on the general (or at all), they’re doing it wrong.  They should not be involved in these super safe districts and spend their resources (time, money, people) elsewhere.

I’d go further.  Make the cheating rich parents pay at least one full ride (including room, board, and books) to a kid who earned their way in (need-based).
