As a person with 15 years of experience in the health policy and health care provider sectors, I can confidently say that nearly any system (bartering!? Sure why not) would be better than our current employer based private insurance model.

I think the sport will break under the weight of dozens of class actions suits by former players. The NFL suit was massive, but imagine if every former NCAA player, or state high schooler player, joins on to sue their respective institutions or sport governing boards.
