I really want a good meatball sandwich. I probably won't get one until the weekend, though. I didn't freeze any of the meatballs I made last month (choosing instead to eat them all) and won't have time to make them again anytime soon, so I'll probably end up ordering from a pizza place.

I made some tangerine chicken, which I'm eating right now. It is so ma la from all the Szechuan peppercorn that I wonder if I'll ever feel my tongue again.

My sympathies for your loss, even if it was expected. It still sucks.

I got a 97 on my Myology final, and it's technique all the way from here in massage school!
ETA: And I met Sarah Michelle Gellar last night, who was very lovely but whose bodyguard didn't want her posing for pictures, so I only have a picture from the line.

Sadly, no; I'm not allowed to go under the needle until massage school is over in November. I was there to sit with a friend.

I just finished Rinker Buck's The Oregon Trail, a really good story about how he and his brother drove three mules and a covered wagon from Missouri to Oregon, following what they could of the titular trail, in the 21st century. Thankless Job, Internet!

Every time I hear Sam Worthington I think of Sam Waterston and am much happier as a result.

Lifehacker had an article the other day about how to prep for the worst without being seen as one of "those types", so I don't think it's just Fox News viewers anymore. Plus there's the somewhat rational view that we actually have something to worry about now with the lunatic in the White House.
Me, I just hope to die

I'm strictly plug and play, I ain't afraid of Y2K.

It's more of a shrub maze. A hedge maze in training, perhaps.
