Well, it's not funny, so I guess there's only one alternative.

I miss having a smoker. I prefer those that do double duty (I had one that was a charcoal grill with a side smoker box), but I'm thinking about getting a Weber Smoky Mountain or a Kamado-style device.
Mostly what you need is wood and patience.

Any chance of something happening later that week, like maybe Thursday or Friday?
