I went to a big Star Trek con in NYC over the weekend. I have now met the entire main ST:TNG cast except for Wil Wheaton. It wasn't nearly as crowded as I was expecting it to be. I'm still trying to do Stronglifts 5x5, although I seem to have hurt my back doing squats with the wrong form, so go me. I do feel stronger, but I haven't noticed any physical changes. It's only been a few weeks, but it is my right as an American to demand instant results!
