So someone jumps in front of your vehicle to stop you with their bicycle and their body while someone else tries to break out your windows (which you can clearly see in the video) and you don’t think flooring it and getting out of there is a good idea? I’m sorry he hit someone, but it’s completely understandable.

There

My theory on consumers who SCREAM for more touchscreen controls is that they have never actually spent time in a vehicle with excessive touchscreen controls. (Or they are Tesla stans)

San Diego transplant (15 years ago) here. The trails have always seemed busy out here to me, but I grew up at the foot of the Blue Ridge in VA. Things are definitely busier in the mountains right now.  I just hope that this rediscovery of nature comes with respect, and without loads of trash being left behind.

I doesn't run well, but it walks ok.

For 40K I can get a Ducati V4R with a 998cc motor that weight 410lbs and has 210+ hp and just won the Superstock race at Road America, a noted Power Track. And spend the remaining 60k+ on maintenance and tires, lots and lot of tires. Plus it is fully sorted from the factory. Might even get a comped leather suit and

That grille.

There are so many names Ford could have used for this. Great names. And yet, the one they shouldn’t have used is the one they did.

But as a crossover/thing, I’d say it looks pretty damn good. Especially in that color.

Compared to it’s ICE crossover competition(rav4, CRV), I actually don’t think it looks bad!

This honestly never bothered me and I don’t get the hate.

This seems just monumentally stupid all around. Who gives a shit? Don’t we have more important things to worry about than a new car’s release happening to fall on the birthday of a possible murderer (who wasn’t convicted) who was vaguely associated with a distant forefather of the model? Why does anyone but OJ Simpson

I don’t believe it was an oversight (who would think to check?) or a joke (what company would want that publicity?). I believe it was a simple coincidence.

You are entitled to your opinion, even if it is wrong!

I worked for Chrysler during the Prowler years. Most of us, and the dealers who were going to be selling them, we’re pretty much thinking WTF when this thing got launched.

Awful take. It had a 0-60 time of 5.9 seconds and used an all new aluminum bonded chassis that was totally cutting edge. Calling this a neon with a facelift is just plain wrong. and it sounded great, with a tuned exhaust that nobody mistook for a sebring. with a bespoke transaxle and basically F1 suspension design, it

I never understood the hate for these cars.

I had the opportunity to drive one a couple years ago, and it was fun if not blisteringly fast or beastly sounding. I honestly had a great time driving it around Eastern Kentucky back/mountain roads.

On my car the engine only shuts off when shifted into neutral when the clutch pedal is fully disengaged.

Sorry San Fran, your bridge is a kazoo now.
