Unless he did it by accidentally letting something slip, in which case he’s both not a hero and still on the cartel’s shit list.

That NDA should get them more money in the settlement, though, which can be better for the individual plaintiff than an ability to talk about the case. The companies are paying a premium for quiet. Society may overall benefit from the lack of NDAs (or even just scaling them back to only cover the amount of

It is also probably in Netflix’s interest to try and discredit accurate data from being public. Still, I don’t know how Nielsen got its numbers or whether it’s an accurate sample.

Since Kinja, I’ve been seeing a lot more responses (not to my comments specifically) that are just “fuck off” or variations.

Depends on how much I care (usually not very much), how certain I am of my opinion/information, and how much it seems like the other person is actually trying to have a discussion.

If anyone is looking for a book recommendation, Matheson’s stuff is all pretty good, but especially Hell House for straight horror.

In honor of the season, I’ve been watching more horror lately. Nothing super impressive so far, just what pops up on Amazon and Netflix. Hell House LLC was one I hadn’t heard of before and turned out to be a decent found footage flick. Has anyone come across any noteworthy horror (movies, books, TVs) lately?

Why doesn’t Alaska, the largest state, simply eat the others?
