It should be noted that, as far as I know, none of the US carriers listed on that chart have bassinets for domestic flights, other than a few long-hauls. International only, and then only occasionally.

I have put my 30lb 13 month old in the Lufthansa bassinets.
Ya, I suspect that a megasquirt plus a daughter board could keep it moving, but I think the HVAC and the other odds and end make it hard. Lets just say the number of people that want to invest the time and effort don’t overlap well with this type of car.
You’d pay five pounds for a pint in that area too. Margins are the same. Whats the difference?
Careful. Quite a few Rollers and Bentleys of that area have become permanent objet d’ arte because of computer issues. The motherboards go out and there is literally no one that can fix them. You basically park them until someone else wrecks their car. There is a rough-around-the edges Bentley R for $12K in Austin,…
Its nice I guess, but I gotta say, the ND looks at lot more “Italian” than this very Aston-esque desgin. Was hoping for a stunner, got her plain looking friend.
God forbid people be allowed to make decisions for themselves.
Dont be a hater man, Sea-Gull watches are actually pretty good these days. And given that Swatch is killing the ETA movements, my guess is STL (sea-gull’s in house movements) start showing up in a lot of higher end watches.
Because it looks like a rental car. A particularly boring rental car at that. There is “sleeper” and there is “less exciting to look at than a camry”
Man that trunk is tiny. Can you fit golf clubs in there?
Hey fellow watch dork! The folks buying this used (because the first owners wont care) are in for a shock. A service on a tourbillon runs about ~$3,500 and, at least on a wrist, is run every ~5 years. Although, I bet this goes down in history as the feature that costs the most and adds the least to resale value.
Are American Diplomat’s children getting away with this BS in other countries?
As an “investment” I totally agree. However, there is something to be said for the ROI of happiness. Classic cars are highly unlikely to depreciate in value. This means you can constantly get, and drive, some really amazing cars for “almost free”. I just just sold my 560sl for exactly what I paid for it after driving…
If Mercedes couldn’t kill their reputation with the disastrous reliabilty of the 90 and early 2000s a couple of guidos isn’t going to change anything.
I am going with Bees. Maybe imaginery bees, but bees were involved.
The kind that is paying this lovely lady to go away when he is finished.
I cut a honda accord nearly in half when he blew through a stop sign in my 740. Drove home. Cracked grill, dented hood, blew airbag. Fixed it all in about 3 hours.
My three year old wants to drive monster trucks or BE a monster truck when he grows up. Depending on his mood. Washington Post, your theory is disproven.
Whoa whoa whoa. I might be able to buy a truck that is _actually_ a truck? Not some tarted up leather covered whale-sized harlot?
Have you ...driven those two back to back? The AMG has power, sure, and is much more practical, but it literally does not compare in any other way to the Jag. Looks, interior, handling, pure driving fun, etc. You are right that $120k is ton of money.
