In other news, they had the premier for Fantastic Beasts 2 and Ezra Miller wore this:

People slept on The Wanted, they had a bunch of good songs on their one album. And I don’t care what anyone says I would rather hear any of their fist punchers than One Direction’s mewly crap which is the musical equivalent of pastels.

I enjoy Glad You Came. The last word of each verse starts the next verse and I was amused when I found that out.

Most of my family has at least decided it’s just brown people in cities that are bad. The ones they know aren’t bad. The famous ones aren’t bad. It’s those gangsters in Sanctuary Cities! And immigrants that are simultaneously taking all the jobs while also lazily not working and collecting welfare, or whatever

I wish that my three children didn’t require surgical intervention to enter the world. The havoc those C sections have wreaked on my back and abs can’t be overstated.

I went hard on the judges this time. I googled every single one individually, and decided against 3. This is in CA.

What!?

The race was so close! I had to give up watching last night when Walker briefly passed Evers in the count. I woke up this morning figuring we would still have a Republican governor and AG. I was surprised and relieved to see that’s not the case (at least right now).

“So what do we do with a guy that wants to have open borders, do away with ICE, and wants to take all your money and raise your taxes?” A confused jumble of suggestions rose up from the crowd.

I’ve lived next door to Wisconsin all my life. What I’ve learned in that time is that there are a lot of really kind, generous, salt-of-the-earth people in Wisconsin. Unfortunately there is also a nearly equal number of racist, conspiratorial, heavily-armed lunatics.

My friend’s water broke this morning but she stopped to vote on the way to the hospital. Her daughter is going to be fierce as fuck!

Now playing

Here’s a musical theater nerd reminder that unless you’re a white, landholding, man, many someone’s sacrificed a lot to give you the right to vote. Please honor them by doing it.

Someone posted on my Facebook that it was like waiting on a group project grade- I know I did my shit right, so I’m just sitting here hoping everyone else did their fucking part.

I do the hybrid approach in California: absentee ballot filled out at home in my underwear, then I take it to my polling location on election day for a sticker and to see that it gets fed into the “trust us” machine.

Is it lame that I teared up? Because I teared up.

I think its so normal. My girlfriends who never left my small town outside of Chicago (yet we have a heroin epidemic out there) never understood HOW MUCH partying / drug use is NORMAL in a city setting.

Same - it makes me just “NAAAAAAAH” the whole situation.

I forget who said this, but someone once said that Grande has “the voice of an angel...if that angel’s mouth was filled with marbles.”

i hear you. i have dabbled. (actually - partly b.c i hang out with a lot of brits and not to use a stereotype but it is pretty common amongst londoners) the idea of unkowingly doing an opiate - i would surely OD the first time exposed. it’s really scary.

Yeah think of it this way... would you be able to live with yourself knowing your occasional partake KILLED your spouse? I’d probably settle into a deep depression, that would take me there with him.
