Same cop later fatally shoots citizen in back for jaywalking on red and gets suspended with pay, only to be reinstated after the officer’s testimony that he thought the phone the person was talking on was a gun, is upheld due to lack of evidence to the contrary.

People with such a fragile ego should be fired from the cops too, if not actively weeded out before recruitment. Bunch of snowflakes.

I meditate. I wouldn't say it changed my life in the sense that it was a "life changing" event, but I would agree that it generally makes me feel more calm, focused, and present. I think it is a generally beneficial practice and there is very little downside given the minor time commitment.

Simple meditation changed my life. Just taking 10 minutes out of your day to sit in silence with your eyes closed can totally change your day. I recommend it to everyone but most people just look at me like I'm a new age freak, even though I couldn't be farther from that.
