Might I suggest my favorite local wing place? They sell some of their sauces online too...

You know the sauce dehydrates well because of the flakes that form around the bottle cap of sauce jars. Dry out some sauce, grind it to a fine dust and use that. Save some for blowing into the eyes of your enemies too.

Clearly if you fell into default, you can’t afford your monthly payments”

They’re really good on things like a sausage sandwich, too.

Have you tried chard?  I try to mix it up and use whatever is growing in my garden and the chard yield is usual my greater than any mustard greens.

Well, that sounds very nice too.

I respect your right to enjoy canned biscuits. Even though I hate you now.

Yeah. Party focus aside, the whole “let us get your friends’ info and then try to look up voting records” thing just reeks skeevy to me.

You had me at “sausage gravy.”

So, basically, to make your rum and coke better, do the exact same thing you normally do, but use better ingredients.

I feel like most people not from the US or Europe can easily understand this sentiment. SO MUCH of everything in culture feels like is dropped on the rest of the world, culturally speaking, by the US and Europe.

I find that airport coffee is often worse even though it’s from a chain I’m generally fine with in non airport scenarios. I recall both Pete’s and Starbucks being different and just extra unpleasant somehow. But whatever it’s never surprising they may as well put up a big sign over check in saying - Abandon All Hope.

Ah, but it’s made by employees of the airport concession company and as such have not gone through Starbucks’ training regime, and as such can easily screw up your drink.  Taste it before you leave the kiosk.

I think white erasers work better and smudge less than pink erasers.

There’s no mention of it, but I remember from when I was younger, that white erasers seem to smuge a lot less and just work better than pink erasers. Personally, I’ve always preferred mechanical pencils better than wooden pencils anyhow.

I’ve found most erasers just leave smudges.  The white stick erasers do a really good job.

I echo the congratulations! And Riesling can last surprisingly well if you stick it in a cellar (or a cool, dark closet where things don’t get moved around much) so if you don’t use it up quickly you can get a few years out of it (HA!).

I think over-shopping is way better than running out of booze. I was at a wedding earlier this year that ran out of almost everything just as everyone got on the dance floor! It was pretty bad.

You’d be surprised. I feel like we’re always more likely to invite people over when we’ve just gone to the wine or liquor store and have a full stash, even if we’re just re-upping the usual suspects.

Congratulations on getting married!
