Right. Hair gets stuck in some machinery in shop class, cut it. Any other reason? Leave it the fuck alone.

I was ready to fight at the title. I read somewhere that cutting someone’s hair without their permission is battery; I don’t know if it’s true but if it is, I would be looking to press charges.
I mean ... may he rest in peace, he was a person with people who loved him and they mourn his loss, but ... bruh.
I said out loud “You came back?!” when he showed back up. He’d have been better off taking the L and staying gone, because he looked even dumber when he demanded that apology and she was like “... Nah,” cool as she wanted to be.
This is my thing. If it only affected them, it’s whatever, but we know it doesn’t. I keep thinking about that super-spreader wedding in Maine where something like 7 people died, and none of them actually attended the wedding - they just came in contact with someone who did. That’s the problem.
His communications director just quit, which likely means Gaetz did something the comms person can’t spin. (Also I wonder if the comms person instructed Gaetz to shut the fuck up and stop going on Tucker Carlson sounding all crazy and Gaetz ignored them, or if they didn’t give Gaetz that advice in the first place.)
Yep
It absolutely looks like she’s on the toilet.
My friend and I used to belt out the “in your pants” line because we were kids and it was funny to us. “So, what’s my chance/I’m willing to do anything to get/IN YOUR PANTS” and then we would fall the fuck out and not be able to sing anymore because we were doubled over laughing.
It’s cringe because she looks like she’s being held hostage. Her facial expression and him stretching out her arm to hold her hand scream “I don’t want to be here.”
1)Stop saying that someone is a “good woman” based on how much abuse/nonsense/foolishness/ shenanigans/ antics they’re willing to put up with from their partner.
It was so sad. Everything from micro-aggressions to slurs to being the only grandkid left out of the will.
This calls to mind a really heartbreaking thread I read on Twitter recently about the racism biracial people (and I think some transracial adoptees replied too) face at the hands of their own families.
My friend lives in Denver and her kid’s school closed (all the schools closed) for a day a few years ago on the anniversary of ... one of the other shootings (Columbine? I forget, which is fucked up) because somebody threatened to commemorate the anniversary with another shooting. She (the threatener) was caught.
Wasn’t there a similar story about a Black man trying to withdraw money (and not a huge amount, either) and the bank did call the cops on him?
Exactly. I don’t give fuck one about your feelings, bank teller. Give me MY money. If there’s a policy reason for not doing so, tell me that. Otherwise, give me my money and feel a way about it, I don’t give a fuck as long as I have my cash in hand.
That was ... like, I guess I have to give him credit for the audacity.
Which is why it’s a trip that they weren’t going to give Archie security. People are crazy!
Other than protocol or decorum what’s stopping anyone from being like, fuck this I’m taking this car and going to McDonalds?
I was trying to find a cycling club at one point and noticed the same thing.
