Ugh, that reverse dingleberry tho :(

Turbo...... and VTEC?!?

Interestingly enough this car can also make my wiener go from zero to diamonds in about three seconds flat!

Try using one as a dashcam (I have one) and let me know how that works out for ya :)

As a Mitsu guy reading that the 3000GT made the list.

From my own extensive research on the interwebz, as well as personal experience with a few dashcams I'd recommend two finalists.

Ah, what reality is that?

Now playing

Well, there's really no discrepancy on the weight, the NA you weighed may have been whatever you say, but the established curb weight of a '90- TT is ~3400lbs. As far as the whp from the stage 3 kit, I never said it was whp, it's ~100 crank hp and has been since the early/mid '90s. Tell me this, what does a stock

The curb weight of 3373 to 3400lbs is for a '90 TwinTurbo vs the 3100ish lbs of a Z31 turbo. The weight is in line with most of the GT cars of it's time, the closest of which would have been the 3400lb 1993 Supra Turbo. Most of the weight comes from the upgraded and heavier duty brakes, motor, suspension, drivetrain,

1. One could make the argument that quite a few of the '90 model year vehicles were actually made in '89 :)
2. Bloated, compared to what? 3400lbs isn't that bad for a TT iron block V6 GT car :) Especially considering that a cone filter, catback, welding tips, and an ECU retune will give you 400hp.
3. What's an S31

Overcomplicated tail lights, brought to you by the makers of this...

Right, because if a car wasn't sold in the US then it definitely didn't exist or wasn't worthy of any accolades garnered elsewhere.

There's a difference between hype, and popularity based on performance :)

Heyoooo, casual outside observer that actually likes both the AE86 (and variants) as well as E30 325s (and variants) but owns neither, and has driven both.

Lets start by comparing the motors you mentioned. You assert that the 4AGE has a weight advantage, better throttle response, better mid range tq, better sound,

I'm gonna have to see pics of that Starlet... Because reasons :)

Didn't expect the Z31 to make the list, and was pleasantly surprised!

Z31 all day. VG30 power and reliability (stock NA and turbo models have held up to and over 500whp reliably) and looks that have grown on me over the years.

4G cars usually sound awesome, this one however doesn't do them justice :(

Why hey there, I own one of these cars :) Sadly, I've never performed a Scandinavian flick in one :(
