I don't think I could live without the Alternate Universe in this show. I really hope that isn't the case.

Most of this season has left me a little bit cold, but this episode reinvigorated my interest in the show. If next season's episodes skip between the Present and this Future, that'd be really fun. The actors who portrayed Etta and Simon were great, so I hope they get to make an appearance again.

I'm deaf in one ear too and it's such a hassle trying to figure out voices in a crowd or concentrate on one. It's a big reason why I avoid crowded and noisy places. After a while, one gets tired of having to ask people to repeat themselves five times.

Agreed. The problem I have with this ad is that if it was meant for the public, NOBODY would want to buy/own one. The imagery in the video is really creepy and the "unethical" line is incredibly disturbing.

He can fake emotions at the proper time/situation to better blend in and interact with humans, at least that's what I got from the ad.
