Well, I can’t unhear it, but I don’t hate it either. I can’t stand her. They are collecting royalties off her right, do they even care about our comments?

“Beckyhive”

“she has the face of someone in desperately need of good sex.”

Remember this post the next time you get pulled over “for nothing” lol

I find your co joining of Ass whiping and needing sex disturbing.

Inciting violence for someone wanting to make music? YOU are the one that needs help. At least she’s living her dream, and not just a minor troll on a minor blog.

I did, and it was.

How else would we know what good music is? Taylor is the control in the experiment of music. Because she is SO basic, the great one’s are even greater.

Yes, they get paid royalties for use of the composition.

She didn’t need permission. In the U.S., anyone can release a cover of a song as long as they notify the copyright owner and pay royalties.

This is going to be “tasteful” background music at so many washed white people’s weddings.

So, I don’t hate it, though that probably has to do with the fact that I’m always interested in how artists cover one another’s songs.

I was expecting to hate the song off the rip because it was taylor and she’s consistently mediocre af but honestly she didn’t sound that bad in her return to her country roots.

Wow. I didn’t think it was possible to out-white the version Pomplamoose did a couple years back but I was wrong.

I’m guessing that when the franchisee signed documents, he/she/them were bound to a ton of stipulations and whatnot. Maybe one clause was that should a DXP be totaled beyond repairable value, the car needed to be crushed to protect trademark.

It is the responsibility of the original owner to remove all logos from the vehicle prior to sale/disposal.

Actually, it’s pretty shrewd for Domino’s Corporate to not get involved. They get publicity at the Franchise’s expense. They could still swoop in with mucho dinero, do the charity thing, and make everyone a winner. I actually wouldn’t be surprised if corporate is issuing breach of contract paperwork to the franchise

So the guy clearly made it look like Domino’s and when they offered him $10k for the car, he countered with $90k? The fuck? Just remove the logos. It’s not about a big corporation going against a small guy. The small guy clearly violated the trademark.

Not if he’s generating revenue using Domino’s IP. I’m surprised the lawyers are leaving this at the franchise level.

Yes, they can sue you if you put a Dominos trademark on a car, then film monetized Youtube videos with it.
