Yeah exactly. Once you reach Iron Mike and get to meet a lot of the main characters which also let's Deacon get fleshed out it goes from a I’m about to drop this game on 10 to a solid 8-8.5/10.

None of the looks look good. Even among the ones with the "best" fits. They all look uncomfortable. 

The worst part is that after 10 hours of horrible opening section crap, the game becomes really good. But those opening hours leave a horrible impression. 

This game was surprisingly good after a horrible opening few hours and I still do hope for a sequel in the future. But everytime this guy speaks, I'm more glad he's been fired. There were a few critics who I read at launch dock points for the character being white (Eurogamer at the top of my head)

Fan votes are basically the equivalent of a MC user score. A waste of time and effort

After seeing how Sonic fans behaved over that stupid Dunkey video or Stephanie Sterlings review or any negative or mixed review they deserve to constantly play only bad games. I don’t care about the Game Awards or Sonic but they’re somehow worst than JRPG Weeb fans.

Nintendo fans are idiots. They'll cry about how mean and how little Nintendo care about them but they'll still turn up for the next tournament or video game release. Nintendo just needs to wait a month. 

Any group that isn't pure blooded japanese frankly. White people are tolerated at best. 

Because dragon quest refuses to age. Just played DQ11 on PS5 and after persona and FF7R it just played so bad and had stories and characters that were so dull. Creature design is excellent though

As a minority rather exclude us then put us in and use us badly (most japanese devs do that)

There is a reason the Helena Taylor controversy got so big in the first place. Players cared enough about the character that they were at the time rightfully upset. 

Definitely. For this game the pirated ROM is apparently better than the actual game.

After Sun and Moon which had horrible frame rates and looked ugly. I quit the pokemon franchise. Looks like they'll never change. 

Not by much. Not when you consider the WiiU install base vs Switch. 

Gameplay is important but I don’t think a lot of gamers realised how important a decent story and fun character can add. Bayo 3 messed up both aspects.

Thats why you always buy through a third party (no one who shares your surname). God people keep making the same fucking mistakes. 

Yo finally another human who who gets it! I feel like I'm on crazy pills. Elden Ring and BOTW were both too long and repetitive to be good. Both also lost the excellent level designs that made those games so good. Also those kind of open worlds just make me run through them to get to the next major bit of story. 

Finally. I’ll go one step further. Japanese games need to stop being reviewed with Kid gloves. 

Nioh 2, Lego Harry Potter and some other game I can't remember.
