Dawn is the best Apes movie of the new set (not including Kingdom though I have tickets) because it focuses on Caesar as a character. His growth and arc in War would be meaningless without Dawn that showed him lose those last vestiges of naivete.

I’m excited for the game and I love the silliness of her clothes and physics but I’m already seeing the weird Gamers TM kind of creating a narrative about how this game will put western wokeness to shame and stuff.
Yeah I’m really mixed on them. I don’t think towers are bad in games but after the Tall necks in Horizon Forbidden West which were actual puzzles, these just feel too simplistic and boring.
Surely a person called Manny Calavera shouldn't have any issues with Death (jk love Grim Fandango)
Nintendo mostly lives of second party devs and poorly paid and mistreated contractors. It is always well hidden but look hard enough and a few stories do come out.
Man watching the Nintendo simps defend/explain this away is fascinating. Keep on simping on.
I'm interested in Stellar Blade but I feel like it's gonna be on those games that get co-opted by the incels the same way they tried with Nier Automata.
This is the big problem with all subscriptions and the info they share. I want to know how many people watched the first three episodes or finished the show within the first 10 days, How many lapsed/new users rejoined/joined to watch this etc.
Yup but for how long Paramount remain is the big question. They’re looking to sell. I can see Amazon, Apple (unlikely) or Netflix scooping them up.
Xbox isn’t a high priority for most developers. Playstation and Nintendo players buy games full price at launch. PC gamers buy games but most buy them when they’re on sales but instead have great long term sales. Xbox players just rarely buy games.
A good showcase for gamepass but again most of these games looked like the type that I would buy only on 40% off or more discounts. I wonder if some devs realise that their games won’t make money on the open market so jump on the subscription money too offset the cost? Either way smart business.
Noble House and Shogun are incredible works (Noble House is better imo but I find HK a lot more fascinating in general). My dad owned the books and told me to read them when I was 17.
Japanese devs in general understood the idea of ignoring social media. Switch off YT comments like they do in Japan too. I don’t know why western devs like talking so much online. Gamers are parasites, invite them in and they’ll ruin you.
It has nothing to do with cultural phenomenon. This toxicity has been increasing for years. See: God Of War release announcement, Palworld, Insomniac, Naughty Dog.
My grandfather had one of those old shaving razors. I was too young to use it as a kid when he passed away but I kept it and now I use it when shaving. It’s the little things we tend to cherish the most.
Dr. Zaius is just randomly sung in my house. Mostly to irritate the cat but it is incredible especially the breakdance bit.
Automaton spotted!
Or Star Burns.
Lets Go is pokemons best game this decade. It ran well, well polished and nice to look at. Arceus was a great concept with zero polish, muddy textures and ran like crap.
They don’t the Japanese market will eat everything that has a Pikachu in it. Same for a lot Nintendo babies. I saw people defending the last game for being a mess calling it too ambitious when it wasn’t.
