Though I am a fan of the wardrobe combination described in that song...

My Mustang GT has the same steering wheel, minus the fake wood and Jaguar logo. Ford beancounters...

The april fools photoshop from Four Wheeler last year is still fantastic.

They could make one so cheaply too, the only thing they would lose is on their CAFE numbers, but maybe not with the 2.7L engine.

It seems with all the pent up excitement that it could be very popular, if they price it correctly. There was a

My '89 Thunderbird has a motor in it that tilts the mirror down automatically when a sensor on the face of the mirror detects light. They've had this problem solved for at least a quarter century.

Nice double post.

I am a GM parts counterman. The S-10 Blazer and S-15 Jimmy are cataloged in my parts system as being S and T platform trucks, making them effectively still S-10 Blazers and S-15 Jimmys. Reading the RPOs indicates them as an S-10 or S-15 with the Blazer or Jimmy RPO.

Much as a half ton 4x4 is still

They made the S10 Blazer and S15 Jimmy until 2005!

As a Political Science major I understand that completely. Its fun to troll the commentariat sometimes. In practice, Socialism generally works like this:

Commie. :-p

What are you, a communist?

Was this the Impala or the Impala Limited? The former is the highest rated car ever driven by Consumer Reports, the latter has been produced since 2006 on a chassis from 1988. GM has made great strides in quality since 10-25 years ago.

Last time I remember seeing one on the road has to be around 2004. That one was in similar condition to the one on the show. I believe it.

I wonder where he got that idea

The 460 didn't get EFI until 1988.

GMC already did it with the K5 Jimmy and S15 Jimmy. Jeep is also trying to be a premium brand (look at the median income of Grand Cherokee buyers), and having the Wrangler still works in their lineup. If GMC can make a personal, professional grade off roader, it can work.

I drive a Ford Thunderbird with automatic high beams. Its not the automatic high beams that's the problem, its adaptive high beams that have more than two distinct brightness levels.

While my post above was tongue in cheek, cassettes can actually be very high quality. New and properly maintained cassettes played on proper equipment can match or exceed CD quality.

Just not when left in your car.

I love cassettes. With the endless music available to you with Spotify and your own library on your phone/ipod, I like just having a Cassette. The music is set, doesn't use data, doesn't drain battery, and the clarity is wonderful. It's like cheap hifi compared to what most stuff is streamed at.

The sign on that dealership said "Collision" so I would assume its a full dealer operated body shop. The dealer I work for has one too.

As for the truck bed, this truck would only require the outer skin on that bedside to be replaced. On a conventional steel truck, this outer bedside (skin) can cost $600-$900. The old
