Its the continuation of the Bronco II, same chassis, just a stretched wheelbase until 2001. It was great off road and a great little rig.

Lol love that movie.

As a Thunderbird owner, this is by far my favorite. Its like the Bullitt chase but longer and less played out.

Listen to your iPhone in your car?

Agreed, I noticed that immediately and loled. Good job Alcatraz team.

Beautiful cars, they are just not touring cars because they handle like dirt. The SC was the best handling car on this list.

I'm surprised nobody brought up the Ford Simulator floppies from the late 1980s, they made them from 1987 to the early 90s. My friend has a copy of all of them and it has all of the information the Buick one did but included a driving simulator where you 'drive' for new Fords. It has realistic dashboards for every

Because the SC has a better suspension, looks better, and handles better?

It would take the GNX around a road course because of its fully independent suspension and nearly perfect weight distribution, if you don't know why the Thunderbird is in the running then you must not be a very good car enthusiast.

Because its suddenly 2004.

People bitch because that's Premium V6/Base V8 Mustang price territory... much more car than even the hottest of hatches.

Thats amazing.

I entirely agree, 2V 4.6L engines love boost...

That was my mom's daily driver when I was growing up, I spent years of my life in that car. What a great machine, I wish she still ran...

Wow I actually really like the design, I love the subtle effects, very handsome like the e24 6-series which I am a BIG fan of. I normally drive a 1989 Ford Thunderbird, a car that stole most of its styling from the e24...

Its not homophobic, its just insinuating that the individual being insulted conducts sexual favors as part of his job. Judging that the leadership of modern automotive corporations is generally male, it would make sense that the sexual favors would involve fellatio....

Thunderbirds are awesome, even that retro highway cruiser still put up respectable performance numbers.

Definitely a Toyota.

I dont really get it, everyone complained about the EPA ratings a few years ago and had them all lowered. I get the advertised window sticker ratings on my 1989 vehicles, before they lowered the ratings. The ratings are very realistic as long as you dont drive 85MPH, shift at redline, and leave the AC on everywhere

Still no Thunderbird Super Coupe... :(
