You see why not saying so in the article as to why you waited until you got to the island to rent a car would be confusing for people on here? You said you waited because the vacation was a package deal and other transportation was covered. 

That still doesn’t explain why you waited until you got there to reserve a rental. You could have done it when you booked the rest of the vacation, regardless of it being a package otherwise.

Scaling up electrolysis methods would make it economical presumably. And you just do it where there’s tons of water. You can do it from salt water as well. 

Why would we need more storage if there are fewer lulls and power consumption is more consistent over the course of the day? Sounds like there will just need to be more base load.
