Looks like he’s gonna snap his fingers and kill half the players in the league.

I sort of did the math on this recently too and found it’s not really worth it for me. Another way to look at it: if you bought the iPhone X at release for $1000 and want to sell it on eBay now, you’ll get $600-700, meaning you spent a net of $300-400 for a year of usage. If you bought AppleCare+ for $200, you get…
It was the same type of GPS tracker that Gus and Mike basically used on each other last season. (The one Mike found hidden in his gas cap.)
Yeah I’m pretty meh on it too on the first listen. I really like the first two tracks, “Graffiti” and “Get Out”, but the rest don’t really have anywhere near the catchy hooks of their first 2 albums.
Eh, good on them, I’d say, for not trying to hide from it and brush it under the rug. Let them be confronted with questions. (Though, cynically, it’s probably more like “all press is good press”.)
I really liked Season 4 originally, and had intended to rewatch the original cut, but Netflix buried it so much that I’m watching the remix instead. I’m kinda surprised how good it is. A lot of the plot threads still fall flat, but there are so many good jokes, and it feels good to have the traditional AD rhythm back.…
I’d say The Rock’s career in general. He’s a steady B+ thanks to his charisma and the generally-fun projects he chooses, but I keep waiting for him to be in a legitimately un-ironically *good* thing.
I’m still greatly amused that everyone seems to think they’re going to do something with the snapture, since I can’t see Kevin Feige entrusting any of the plot points of Infinity War to the red-headed stepchild of the MCU years in advance. Their mention that Thanos is attacking could’ve been guessed by any of us, and…
On the other hand, it may be kind of a savvy move on Marvel’s part. Without IW, it’s just a fun-looking sequel to a likable middle-ground MCU movie. But with IW, now people are excited to see how the heck they’re gonna address those events in this movie. The MCU has more cultural awareness than ever now, and a rising…
Especially when compared to the similar Steppenwolf from Justice League, sweet Jesus, Thanos was so much better.
Banner was still probably perma-Hulked from the end of Ragnarok.
Still going with the idea that being an unfaithful spouse is mutually exclusive with feminism, eh?
Except that critics did like it (74% RT) and so did audiences (A- Cinemascore). So if anything it’s more like “there’s a loud backlash from a vocal minority online, so here’s a thinkpiece”.
I loved the movie, and loved that 9/11 joke even more. (I thought I’d heard some variation of it before, so assumed it wasn’t original, but maybe not.)
This guy snuffs.
Apparently Hugh Laurie is the next Phillip, based on some fairly sketchy rumors.
I liked this episode a lot, but was very surprised by 2 things. First, that they didn’t use the fear dimension as this season’s excuse to bring back Grant Ward. Second, that Fitz’s greatest fear, Framework Fitz, didn’t make an appearance. I was bracing myself throughout that entire wedding, waiting for F.Fitz to…
Yeah, whatever interest I might’ve had, this nipped it in the bud.
What, is she runny or something?
Finally, at long last, the real underdogs of the criminal justice system - prosecutors and cops - will have their story told!
