It’s a good and well intentioned start, but it doesn’t change the underlying problem- we don’t consider the parent who stays home with the kids, or the kids, when we design our transit systems.

I accidentally flew with pepper spray once. It was in the pocket of a jacket that went through the X-ray scanner, no less. The TSA’s main job seems to be to inspect my pony tail, which invariably comes up as suspicious on the porno scanner.

For the handful of documented hijackings of US planes between the implementation of airport screening and the establishment of the TSA, there are maybe a couple that could have been prevented by current standards. Some did not originate in the US. Most of the rest involved no actual weapons. The TSA can’t do anything

Watching that in 3rd grade homeroom and at the end of the day going home to an empty house for 2 hours to process it alone.

It is also that dealers seem to have a huge problem with just being an honest broker. So many stories of customers who thought they had a deal, waited for 8 months for a vehicle to arrive, and then the dealer pulls the rug out.

I'm all for this. If dealerships are as vital as they claim to be they should have no problem competing with online sales.

A friend just picked up the Regal GS and swears it’s one of the best cars money can buy. From what I’ve seen of it so far... he’s not wrong.

Home Depot rents trucks for $20. I’d much rather do that on the rare occasion I buy a vanity than have to drive a CUV daily.

I’ve been stalking the Buick Regal GS for a while now. Both this last generation and the one before it. They’ve really been holding on to their value if you can find one.

The last time i bought a car at a dealer it took longer to deal with the process with money in hand than when it was time to do the closing on my house.

Yeah, I know Mrs. Arnold.   Thanks for the F.

I believe I will remember this poem for the rest of my life

Not an Austin

I get that it isn’t small small, but its small enough to be a seen as a small car by most and would involve little to no compromise due to its size. Plus, it has a small price tag compared to most EVs with its range.

I don’t know. I feel like Mazda has succeeded in making modern cars that look great and don’t get confused with anything else.

I like Bangle Butt and I can’t deny it.

Still, you have to admire BMW’s commitment to making the Bangle Era look good.

Well, then I have no intention of changing my decision to never buy a new BMW.

Got a call from my local Honda Dealership who had serviced my son’s 1998 Prelude SH asking if he wanted to sell it. Car is in great shape... talking about a 20+ year old vehicle lol.

I hired Tom to find me an Elantra back in early 2021. Did he save me the whole cost of his fee? Maybe, it was probably about a wash. But he definitely saved me a ton of bullshit. In the current market, which is far worse now, sell your car for cash, and hire a pro to find what you’re looking for. That’s the real tip.
