Why does Sony seem stuck in early 2000's comic book movies.

I’m enjoying it so far but I’m concerned it will end up in some weird Brit Marling way like the OA.

At least it doesn’t have the weird depth of field nonsense in it’s cinematography that Army of the Dead had

I might be alone here but I rank Hawkeye as a close 2nd to Loki as the best Disney Plus show. The Christmas setting and just overall fun of the show makes it fairly rewatchable.

I really enjoyed the show, and didn’t know it was based on a comic. I actually thought initially it was from the creators of DARK, which is somewhat resembles

Mixed Nuts was the worst movie I had ever partially seen, I turned it off early, for the longest time. The Love Guru surpassed it years later.

For me I hate that FvJ’s cinematography looks like the early 2000's music video astethitic.

Why did Universal pay 400 million for the rights to a series that has exactly 1 hit movie?

As long as Jenna Von Oy comes back.

Is the folded egg only in the US? Canada Mcdonald’s no longer uses the folded egg.

This seems like such an obvious business idea. I have no idea why the big push for charging stations has been in random parking lots.

I think the bigger concerns is that Mcdonald’s prices have become too expensive for the quality that’s being delivered

Maybe if universal healthcare was available in the US some of these issue regarding cost of prenatal care would be a non issue.

Branagh’s Death on the Nile suffers from unnecessary back story and dreadful CGI backdrops. Why he filmed on 65mm for this I have no idea

Can part of the switch 2 be more resilient joycons?

Honest question, why are we trying to reinvent the wheel with charging stations? Why not integrate the charging model into existing gas stations?  Chargers seem to be the wild wild west where they are just randomly placed where ever and there doesn’t seem to be anyone really making sure they are working.

I wish Snyder would get back to hiring competent cinematographer’s instead of trying to do it himself. Some shots have shades of that terrible shallow focus stuff from Army of the Dead, it wouldn’t kill him to put a pit of colour in too.

Here in Newfoundland they had to sell of schools and churches to pay the survivors. Some of these church building were paid for by donations from parishioners, the Vatican should be taking more financial responsibility for these claims. Also maybe spending years fighting the claims would have been better to just

Marvel also seems to rush preproduction. I think the built in reshoots that Marvel seems to put in their schedule work if the movie is already strong, it allows the movie to be tweaked. Unfortunately it seems to be what happened is that it’s now an excuse to make wholesale changes to the movie and it becomes obvious.

I watched Jaws again a few days ago and it’s still scary. I don’t think The Meg is meant to be scary. I’m sure a scary ocean movie can be made but it has to be made by the right person.
