I hate how this comes up everytime. Whatever border measures he put in place were obviously not effective given the case numbers. I don’t understand how any sensible person can not see this. Trump followers are isolated from the real world, that they can see that the US is pretty much banned from entering any other

115min is now considered a lengthy running time?

I’m really having a hard time understanding the controversy. So are salon’s not permitted to be open right now? If she is the only one in the salon I can see not wearing a mask if distancing is not an issue. I mean it’s not like Pelosi beat down the door and threatened the salon to do her hair?

I think 1994 is notable for having 2 movies hit the 300 million mark in the same summer, prior to this 300 million was a big milestone and really up until the mid 2000's before 300 million became the blockbuster standard. As well Forrest Gump is not an action movie, isn’t about superhero’s it’s just a story of a guy

How about they upgrade the switch so it doesn’t have the issue with the left joycon disconnecting. Reddit forums seem to indicate this is a common issue.

It was an interesting movie but I wish that the director had stuck to the style. I found several times I got pulled out of the movie by a CGI camera move. It was better when it stuck to point of view shots of the ships.

I like the fact that Gotham sounds like it will look like a distinct city. One of the things I really disliked about Nolan’s movies especially Dark Knight Rises is how bland and how little effort is made to make Gotham look like it’s own city.

All of Snyder’s movies have the same high contrast , de-saturated look. It works in some context but over a 2 and half hour movie it’s very dull. Man of Steel and Batman v Superman are both very ugly dark looking movies

One thing that really turns me off from the Lost World is the cinematography. Kaminski works well with Spielberg in a certain context but in summer blockbusters ,no. I hated the look of Crystal Skull too.

The Fugitive was one of the 1st movies I ever got when I joined Columbia House. I wore out the VHS from watching it, it’s one of those movies that ever bit of craft came together, good performances, great music and pacing.

Yes for the most part they are interesting enough characters, the series was never able to replicate that after.

It shows the skill of Spielberg to visually imply the dinosaurs it makes it seem like the movie has more dinos then expected. I do miss the river raft scene from the book though. I know it was done in JP3 but I think JW missed an opportunity for an action scene with the brief scene with the kaykers going down the

I think the idea of having the park open was a great idea, I just wish it was explored more, if it was structured closer to JP there could have been more time spent with the active park before the chaos ensued. It really needed a more experienced director and a few more rewrites to excise alot of the garbage, like the

I think you are the 1st person I have seen that thought Lost World was better. Personally I think aside from the effects, everything about that movie is done much worse. I don’t find any of the characters likable and Spielberg was clearly not interested in making it the same as he was for JP.

I’m surprised there was no mention of Last Action Hero in this article. Jurassic Park really caused a resurgence of big blockbusters where the movie was the star not the actor. I can see why many analyst predicting Last Action Hero winning out over Jurassic Park.

I’m interested in seeing this , not because I like Snyder’s movies but I just want to see how different it is from the Whedon version. Everything about the theatrical version felt so small scale. The locations were very underwhelming and the action scenes lackluster. I just have a hard time believing it’s going to be

I think the major movie chains dropped the ball in not setting up so sort of pop up drive in movies.

The visual effects are pretty good but balanced by the overlit boring sets. It’s not a good movie.

No love on here for Gladiator?

I’ll say that the Untitled Directors Cut of Almost Famous is a far better movie then the theatrical release, at least in my opinion.
