In TPM he was given nothing to do. For almost the entire 2nd act of the movie he just hangs out on the spaceship.

That’s fundamental issue with the Prequels, there is alot of good ideas in there that are half baked mixed in with the same kind of garbage that Lucas’ original Star wars script contained that his friends convinced him to clarify or excise.

I remember taping that Phantom Menace trailer off of ET. I must have watched it 20 times. It was amazing, however watching it now tainted by the knowledge of what I’m seeing it doesn’t have the same excitement.

I think the VFX hold up pretty good with the exception of the Gungan battle. It’s also the only prequel that seems to not be restrained by a 10x10 green screen room.

As a Canadian I don’t understand any of these arguments. There are no networks here, any doctor is available to you as long as they are taking new patients. We got to whatever hospital is close by or provides the services you are looking for. Are there issues, sure, an aging population strains resources, difficulty

I remember seeing alot of movies in 99 in theater. Fight Club had about 6 other people in the theatre but I enjoyed every minute of it. But my pick for the most underrated movie is The Insider, I know it’s on the list but it’s not a particularly well known movie.

Personally I think the problem is Dungeons and Dragons and Satanic Heavy Metal music.

I can’t understand any of this confusion with Health Care in the US. Here is how universal healthcare works in Canada, taxes are paid to fund Healthcare, you get sick you go to the hospital, as long as you have an MCP card from your province, which is issued to all residents of the province, you are covered for your

As a Canadian, I can’t understand why the Democratic party is hitching themselves to Biden. To me he is just a harmless old guy who happened to be VP. Nothing really about him or his policies are that inspiring or coherent.

You know what disappointed me the most with Legacy was that the Lightcycles moved just like regular motorcycles. I wished they had gone back to the look and movement of them in the original Tron

I’d really like for Disney to put old Wonderful world of Disney movies on this service as well. Especially since most are not easily available.

You know everything I hear from Rep. Omar , nothing she really says is wrong, sometimes not worded the best way. but she is basically doing what people think Trump is doing and telling it like it is.

Only the best people for Trump

Trump has no respect for the office and power of the Presidency. He is legitimizing racism and it’s going to lead to more Pizza Gate fiascos, the guy with the van. I’m concerned that someone out there who takes Trumps word literally is going to target one of these congresswoman.

I had to a laugh at it was a different time argument. It was 2008, not 1968

I wonder if part of Johnson’s problem now is that there just aren’t the same class of pure action movie directors like in the 80's. Imagine Johnson working with Mcternien, Cameron, Donnor in the 80's?

Cruise tends to work with talented directors. That’s part of the reason I was surprised the Kurtzman directed the Mummy, usually Cruise is more picky over the talent behind the camera.

I would argue that none of the team x-men movies have been very good.

That sounds like the template for Smallville, introduce a mystery in Episode 1 , maybe revisit before the mid season break and pay it off in the Season Finale, in between who cares.

I was thinking the same thing, it’s also the aesthetic too, everyone has a unique costume, it appears to be filmed in a real location and it has a diverse cast.
