Ned? Ned Ryerson?

I have to say I share your opinion of Tobey’s character. Raimi made him way too much of a sad sack. Sure Peter always had problems in the comic but he was pretty much an average guy with friends , not a guy who would get hit in the head with a bunch of bookbags or spitballs in college.

Not to be that guy but Harry Osborne didn’t come into the spiderman supporting cast until Peter went to college in the comics.

I don’t know alot of the problems with AOU  are Whedon’s, especially the characterization of Ultron. Let’s not forget the whole Hawkeye family stuff just seems to be there to setup a subversion of expectations when Quicksilver gets killed off and not Hawkeye.

I agree , TASM2 visually is what TASM should have been. It also includes what ever Spiderman sequel should have, him racing into action against some B list villain. Why Raimi never opened Spiderman 3 like this I’ll never know. I always wonder if there is a better movie in TASM2 if it had been edited better, there is

For me the Dark Knight Rises is the Godfather III of the Nolan Trilogy. A noble effort but poor story decisions and a seeming lack of heart in making the movie are a bit of it’s downfall. I really hate that the movie starts with Batman broken and retired, it really takes the wind out of his arc in the movie where he

I think one of the main issues with the 1st Amazing Spiderman is that while it replicates some of the Raimi movie it almost goes too far to trying to the other end of the spectrum visually and tonally to separate it’s self. The look of the film is dingy, and the unnecessary Peter’s parents subplot seems to be in there

I really wish Marvel had the time and money to reshoot the opening of Avengers, the tease of the Other and the car chase is underwhelming and not very well shot. The only other real weakness of the movie is the Captain America costume.

It cracks me up that Mccarthy is trying to frame Trump as the calm one in the meeting. I’m pretty sure no one buys this.

Trump is so out of the touch with regular people. Listening to his comments that people going without paychecks are routing for him because the wall is the right thing to do , is such bullshit. There are 100's of thousands of families out there struggling and stressing out if they can pay their bills. That stupid

I’m not a big fan of rom coms but for some reason Love Actually is one of the my favourite movies. Most of the storylines are compelling enough with charasmatic actors. I really enjoy the UK feel of it all with the London locations and gorgeous cinematography. There is a craft to the production, from production

I felt like Thor was Marvel trying to make a Thor movie without really having the budget to be able to make it properly. I think the Earth stuff looks like a backlot set that’s barely populated. It could have been done better. I really think Branagh could have made the movie looked bigger if he had stopped all the

It always cracks me up when Trump talks about all the money China is paying to the US because of the Tariffs. He really doesn’t understand tarriffs.

I think the problem with Ghostbuster 2016 is that they went out of their way not to call it a sequel or remake and then proceeded to recycle all the beats from the 1st movie. They also seemingly had no script as everything appeared to be improve. I like the cast but Wiig was embarrassing in this and despite all the

I think the problem with Synders movies in general is that they are all visual. Watchmen in particular , is just a series of panels recreated for the big screen, I always feel like I’m watching a slideshow of greatest hits instead of an actual movie where I can connect with the characters. He just doesn’t know how to

Any word if any of the Wonderful World of Disney stuff will be added? I would like to see some of their older movies from 70's 80's and 90's.

I wonder how much extra it would really take out of your taxes. Because of the insurance industry, the US already spends way more per capita for healthcare then other countries.

That’s the thing with Captain America, it got the characters so right, in a way I really didn’t think possible. It’s more as script issue then anything else, it seems that we rush through Cap, being Cap in the war just go to the end. It would have been nice to slow down those parts a bit and feel like we get to know

As a Canadian I don’t really know alot about ObamaCare to understand it’s complexities. What I do know is that it seemed like a half measure to appease both the insurance companies and try and improve coverage for Americans, but not to go so far as to introduce Single Payer.

I think Batman Begins had a good balance, as the series went on Gotham became less and less of a character. One of the reasons I dislike TDKR is that there appears to be no effort in developing Gotham as a distinct city, it’s just a collection of wherever Nolan decided to shoot.
