I’m really REALLY glad other people are finding out about the moonbowmusic guys. Their covers are great and that arrangement of Corridors of Time is probably my favorite one I’ve ever heard.

This looks to be the most homoerotic game ever.
Well, the problem with The Hobbit as compared to Lord of the Rings was that LotR had a much smaller budget so they went for more camera trickery and less greenscreening in the first film (although there was still enough digital composition done later).
Those episodic endings definitely were one of the reasons I became so transfixed by Alan Wake.
So there was a possible terrorist attack (because let's be honest, that's what this was if it was intentional.)
You're also not a rape victim. You may not have seen the comic as offensive, but plenty of rape survivors did and (very politely, I might add) complained about how they felt it was offensive. It wasn't an attempt to censor PA, moreso just to let them know that as victims it is possible that even what seemed like an…
The reason people were actually mad was the fact that PA deliberately decided to escalate and make fun of the people who voiced that they felt uncomfortable by the joke possibly coming across insensitive.
Except the Jail space is still on Monopoly Empire's board? Both "Go to Jail" and "In Jail/Just Visiting" are still on the product's board. So how did they eliminate Jail?
Yeah, Final Fantasy IX requires you to play Tetra Master to continue the game. It sucks, and it's a flaw on an otherwise amazing game. VIII never requires you to play Triple Triad. Although Triple Triad is a much much better minigame overall than Tetra Master was, and you could reap some fantastic rewards later in the…
Part of Tomb Raider's legacy is that Lara always tends to die in gruesome ways in her games. The whole point of the deaths being gruesome is because it makes you NOT want to die in the game. It makes you want to take time to figure out the puzzles and get the QTEs right.
Aside from the numbered titles, you really only *need* to play Birth By Sleep, as it's the only one that doesn't have a lot of its plot explained in other titles.
Come on - if we're going to talk about relaxing and atmospheric aquatic locations, you shouldn't forget Chrono Cross - a game built around the sea. Specifically, this hauntingly beautiful song that plays when you first step foot on the shores of Another World.
Seriously guys - help fund this. These guys are awesome and Delver's Drop is a lot of fun. I got to play a build of it a couple weeks ago at a convention, and it really hooked me.
7 Wonders automatically supports up to 7 players, and if you buy the Cities expansion you can play with 8 (four teams of two). Unfortunately, you can't play with more than 8 because there aren't enough cards in the decks to give everyone equal footing.
I actually just picked up my first Eurogame—7 Wonders—last week and myself and all of my other friends have found it to be one of the most engrossing board game experiences we've had in a long while.
See, I find myself in the opposite situation. I own all three, and play my 360 the least and my PS3 the most. Mostly due to the fact that the PS3 has more exclusive content that I want to play, and I only have my 360 for games that were optimized for that console (like Bayonetta.)
Fushigi na Ame is the name of the item in the Japanese games though. He just called it "Rare Candy" because us Westerners know the item by the name. Calling it "Mysterious Hard Candy" (even in the article) sounds a little bit silly.
Except for the fact that Final Fantasy XI was one of the best entries in the series.
Blaming GameStop for the fact that they didn't get enough copies is ridiculous. They have almost no control over how many copies they're going to receive. Preorders are helpful because it ensures they'll get more, but still. This is still an issue with Namco Bandai, not with GameStop.
The game is almost 20 years old. Spoiler limitations have run their course.
